Konaseema Specials offers traditional food products and a personal sourcing service for items from India.

Requests and confirmation

Submitting the checkout form creates an order request in Pending WhatsApp Confirmation status when the save succeeds. It does not confirm acceptance, payment or dispatch. Product availability, final pricing, shipping charges and payment instructions are confirmed personally through WhatsApp. Opening a link or sending a message does not mark an order as paid.

Product information and prices

The catalog displays prices in USD and supports the pack sizes shown for each item. Product images are for reference and actual appearance may vary. A dated catalog notice identifies any preview snapshot used when live data is unavailable. Current Google Sheet prices and availability are checked when an online order is saved; review the saved subtotal and confirm the final amount through WhatsApp.

Special sourcing

Your Wish, Our Care is a sourcing request service. Availability, product details, pricing, delivery restrictions and destination-country regulations must be checked before a request can be confirmed. A request does not guarantee that an item can be purchased or shipped.

Reviews and responsible use

Please submit your own experience, avoid private information in public comments and do not post abusive, misleading or spam content. Reviews are moderated before publication. Moderation may approve, reject or hide a review. Ratings are calculated only from approved submissions; no review or badge is guaranteed by submitting the form.

Help and order-specific arrangements

Contact us before payment if you need clarification about ingredients, allergens, storage, delivery, cancellation or refund options. Order-specific arrangements are discussed directly. The online forms do not create additional guaranteed delivery deadlines, refund promises or payment terms.
