This page explains the information used by the Konaseema Specials website and how to contact us about it.

Details you choose to provide

Order forms collect your name, email, phone, delivery country, address, cart selections and optional notes. Sourcing requests collect contact details, destination and a description of the items requested. Reviews collect a display name, private email, rating, comment and any optional product or order reference. A consent checkbox is required before these forms can be submitted.

How information is used

Details are used to handle your order or sourcing request, coordinate fulfillment, respond to questions and moderate reviews. Approved review names, ratings, comments, dates and related product names can appear publicly. Review emails and order contact details are not published. A verified-purchase badge requires a matching delivered order with confirmed payment.

Storage and service providers

When online saving is connected and a submission succeeds, the information is stored in Supabase. Only authorized business staff can access order and request details through the private Supabase project. Limited hashed identifiers are used to rate-limit form submissions. The website does not collect card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords or OTPs.

WhatsApp and browser storage

WhatsApp buttons open an external service. You decide whether to send the prepared message; WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own privacy terms. Starting a direct chat does not create a saved website request. Your browser stores the cart locally to keep your selections between visits. Delivery details are not saved in browser storage by the updated checkout. ChatGPT sign-in and hosting access are handled by the hosting platform.

Your choices and questions

You can leave forms without submitting them, clear your cart, and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of the information you supplied. Please provide an order or request reference where possible so we can identify the record securely. Contact us to discuss how long a particular record needs to be kept for fulfillment or other applicable requirements.
